Kiernan Trebach LLP in Easton, MD is seeking an Associate Attorney for a hybrid Civil Litigation Defense role. You will defend insurance defense matters and manage cases from filing through trial in a growing Easton practice.

Qualifications

The Role

We are seeking a new Attorney with 2-4 years of experience in Insurance Defense to join our team. Your role will be to defend a variety of matters in our growing Easton, MD practice.

Defend a Variety of Insurance Defense matters as well as:

• General Liability
• Personal Injury
• Product Liability
• Professional Liability

What You Will Bring

Our ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:

• Experience with Employment Law and/or Healthcare Law.
• Experience with environmental and/or construction Litigation.
• Experience writing motions and other legal memoranda, summarizing depositions, and trial preparation is preferred.
