Job summary

Confidential Employer in Sherman Oaks, CA, seeks an associate to handle personal injury and wrongful death matters from inception to resolution under senior counsel. You will draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, take and defend depositions, assist with mediation and trial prep, and support settlement negotiations on high-value cases.

Active California bar membership and 1–3 years civil litigation experience required; plaintiff-side preferred.

Qualifications

• Active California bar membership in good standing.
• 1–3 years of California civil litigation experience.
• Plaintiff-side experience preferred; defense experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to resolution under senior counsel supervision.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
