Precise Soft Inc. in California is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Roseville or Irvine office. This full-time, on-site/hybrid role offers exposure to real estate, business disputes, and complex civil litigation.

You will handle discovery, depositions, and court appearances, work directly with partners and clients, and grow long-term in a collaborative, regional firm. Active California Bar license is required; construction, real estate, or business litigation experience
