Job description

The practice represents businesses, financial institutions, investment companies, commercial entities, construction companies, and other clients in complex disputes throughout state and federal court in Maryland and the Mid-Atlantic region, as well as in Florida, Georgia, and California. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a significant caseload while developing the skills necessary to handle increasingly complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.

  • Conduct and defend depositions and hearings; manage written discovery, document review, privilege issues, ESI, and analysis of contracts, financial records, and corporate documents.
  • Communicate directly with clients and collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to manage a high-volume practice, balancing competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
