Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in law, with experience in business and estate planning practice.
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, including compliance, policies, and employment agreements.
• Ability to provide clear, well-reasoned legal advice to business and individual clients.
• Excellent research skills for statutes, case law, regulations, and secondary sources.
• Effective negotiation skills for contracts, settlements, and client advocacy.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and organization.
• Commitment to integrity, professionalism, client service, and collaborative teamwork.
• Prior experience in a business or employment law practice setting is required.
• Must be able to build positive supportive relationships with fellow employees in keeping with our cooperative upbeat team environment.
