Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an associate attorney for its Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate has at least two years of relevant experience and an interest in benefits and executive compensation, general corporate, and/or tax law.

Duties include conducting legal research and analysis, advising clients on health and welfare benefits, and providing guidance on plan design, compliance, corrections, amendments, and terminations; strong writing

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent interpersonal, research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
