Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of litigation experience to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self‑driven, and comfortable managing a caseload independently in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as needed (virtual and occasional in‑person)
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members
• Meet billing and case management expectations

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in [State(s)]
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience (defense experience preferred)
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote setting
• Experience in one or more of the firm’s practice areas is a plus
