Job summary

gpac is seeking an exceptional Associate Attorney with bankruptcy law experience. The role is remote with court appearances around Seattle; CA bar is required and CA presence for hearings may be necessary.

This position favors 3+ years in Bankruptcy Litigation, including Adversary Complaints, Appeals, and Chapter 11 work, with multi-jurisdiction eligibility a plus. Minimum 1,920 billable hours per year and strong preference for lenders/creditors representation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Bankruptcy Litigation experience required.
• Experience handling Adversary Complaints, Appeals, and Chapter 11 work preferred.
• Litigation experience in Bankruptcy Court and multi-jurisdiction is a plus.

An AV_rated national law firm is seeking an exceptional Associate Attorney with bankruptcy law experience barred in California.

This is a remote position, but in-person court appearances throughout the state are required.

• Work-from-home remote position (with court appearances required in and around Seattle)
• Must be barred in CA, and physically located in CA to make court appearances (Seattle area).
• Strong preference for candidates with 3+ years Bankruptcy Litigation experience handling Adversary Complaints, Appeals, and Chapter 11 work.
• Multiple jurisdiction admission is a huge plus.
• Minimum billable requirement 1,920 hours per year.
• 1-10 years of Bankruptcy experience in Chapter 7 and 13 cases, preferably representing lenders and creditors.
• Preference for experience with litigation, Chapter 11, and adversary cases.

• Litigation experience, preferably handling Adversary Complaints and Appeals in Bankruptcy Court.
