Meyer, Fluegge and Tenney, a firm located in Yakima, Washington, is seeking to hire an AssociateAttorney. With nine full time attorneys, we are one of the largest firms in Central Washington. Our lawyershave many years of trial experience handling a great variety of cases. Although we have represented clientsthroughout Washington, Idaho, and Oregon, we primarily serve clients in Central and Eastern Washington.The firm offers excellent compensation, a bonus program, health insurance, and retirement. General Civil Litigation Associate: The responsibilities of this position include assisting medical professionals in claims of negligence and malpractice claims, as well as insurance defense, product liability, and appellate work. In addition, associates may assist with various corporate litigation and transactional matters involving mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases, land use, zoning, and environmental issues. The associate will have an opportunity to work with partners who focus in these areas of the law, and, over time, determine which areas the associate is drawn to.

This position is open to all qualified applicants. Some experience preferred. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. The applicant must be mature, competent, intellectually curious, a self-starter, self-assured, willing to work hard, and a team player. Salary depends on experience.
