TEEMA Group is seeking a Washington-licensed attorney to join a mid-sized full-service firm. The role focuses on law and motion, discovery, depositions, and court appearances.

The ideal candidate has strong writing, articulate communication, and a background in handling depositions; 1800 billables is the target. Remote work is available with occasional site visits and in-person court appearances 1x per month or quarter.

Qualifications

• WA licensure to practice law in Washington state.
• 1800 billable hours minimum expectation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle law and motion tasks within the firm.
• Respond to and propound discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions and conduct court appearances.
• Argue motions; participate in trials or large arbitrations as needed.

Compensation

• $130k – $190k base salary DOE
• Mid-year performance reviews for potential salary increase
• Year-end performance-based bonus potential
• Bonuses available for exceeding billables
