Job summary

Anderson Legal Group, PC is seeking a Litigation Associate to join our Virginia offices. The role involves representing clients in court, negotiating settlements, and performing in-depth legal research to support case strategies.

The ideal candidate has admission to the Virginia State Bar and 1–3 years of litigation experience, along with excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills. You will work with senior attorneys across multiple locations in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Admission to Virginia State Bar.
• Recent law school graduate or attorney with 1–3 years of experience.
• Demonstrated interest in litigation and a strong desire to develop skills in this practice area.
• Excellent legal research, writing and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client, colleague, and opposing counsel interactions.
