Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license in good standing.
• 2 to 8 years of experience in general liability and/or professional liability defense.
• Excellent communication, analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions.
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers.
• Develop litigation strategies and work closely with senior attorneys and partners.
