Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and support complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Develop case strategy and work closely with senior attorneys on litigation planning
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents
• Manage and participate in all phases of discovery, including document review, written discovery, depositions, and expert coordination
• Conduct legal research and develop clear, strategic legal analysis
• Participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case status, strategy, and legal issues
• Evaluate legal and factual issues and identify potential risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to develop practical, business-focused litigation strategies
• Stay current on emerging legal issues involving technology, cybersecurity, privacy, insurance, and regulatory developments

About the Role

This is afull-time, fully remote positionfor an attorney with2–5 years of experienceto handle and support a range of complex litigation matters.

• Strong experience with legal research, writing, pleadings, discovery, and motion practice
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize competing demands
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and clients
• Strong client-service orientation and professional communication skills
• Interest or experience incybersecurity, technology, privacy, insurance, or emerging legal issuesis highly beneficial
• Juris Doctor (JD)from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
