Responsibilities:
  1. Document Review: Analyze legal documents to uncover critical details that influence case strategies.
  2. Document Preparation: Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
  3. Court Hearings: Represent clients confidently in court proceedings.
  4. Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients, providing guidance and support.
  5. Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research to stay updated and protect client interests.
  6. Case Management: Organize case files meticulously and ensure timely execution.
  7. Settlement and Negotiations: Negotiate favorable settlements for clients.
Technology Requirements:

Proficiency in Windows, MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Adobe/Nuance Power PDF, and comfort with new technologies and websites.
