As an Associate Attorney at Orlans Law Group, your responsibilities will include:

1. Document Review: Analyzing legal documents to identify critical details that influence case strategies.
2. Document Preparation: Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
3. Court Hearings: Representing clients confidently in court proceedings.
4. Client Interaction: Building strong relationships and providing guidance and support to clients.
5. Legal Research: Conducting comprehensive legal research to stay informed and protect client interests.
6. Case Management: Organizing case files meticulously and ensuring timely case progression.
7. Settlement and Negotiations: Negotiating settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Technology Requirements: Proficiency in Windows, MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Adobe/Nuance Power PDF, and comfort with new technologies and websites.
