Responsibilities:
  1. Document Review: Dive deep into legal documents, uncovering critical details that drive case strategies.
  2. Document Preparation: Craft compelling legal documents, from pleadings to motions to correspondences that set the stage for success.
  3. Court Hearings: Represent our clients confidently and professionally in court.
  4. Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support.
  5. Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research to stay ahead of legal developments and protect our clients’ interests.
  6. Case Management: Manage case files with meticulous organization and ensure timely execution.
  7. Settlement and Negotiations: Master negotiation skills to secure favorable settlements.
Technology Requirements:

Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Adobe/Nuance Power PDF, and comfort with new technologies and websites are required. The candidate should be an advanced technology user.
