Responsibilities:

1. Document Review: Dive deep into legal documents, uncovering critical details that drive case strategies.
2. Document Preparation: Craft compelling legal documents, from pleadings to motions to correspondences that set the stage for success.
3. Court Hearings: Represent clients confidently in court proceedings.
4. Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support.
5. Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research to stay ahead of legal developments and protect client interests.
6. Case Management: Organize case files meticulously and ensure timely execution of tasks.
7. Settlement and Negotiations: Negotiate effectively to secure favorable settlements.

Technology Skills Required:

Proficiency in Windows, MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Adobe/Nuance Power PDF, and comfort with new technologies and websites are essential. Candidates should be advanced users of computers and technology.
