3. Court Hearings: Represent our clients confidently and professionally in court.
4. Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients, providing guidance and support.
5. Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research to stay ahead of legal developments and protect our clients’ interests.
6. Case Management: Manage case files with meticulous organization and timely execution.
7. Settlement and Negotiations: Negotiate effectively to secure favorable settlements.

Technology Requirements:

Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Adobe/Nuance Power PDF, and comfort with new technologies and websites.
