We have partnered with an established and growing East Texas family law firm that is actively hiring an Associate Attorney to join its Tyler office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful courtroom exposure, direct client responsibility, and the opportunity to build a long-term practice in family law alongside experienced attorneys. The firm handles a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, CPS investigations, child support enforcement, and related disputes. The successful attorney will take an active role in managing matters from initial client consultation through negotiation, mediation, hearings and trial.
As an Associate Attorney, you will manage a caseload of family law matters while working closely with senior attorneys and the broader legal team. Your responsibilities will include:
The position carries a 100-hour monthly billable-hour expectation, equivalent to approximately 1,200 billable hours annually.
