Levinson, Smith & Huffman, P.C. is hiring a full-time, permanent Associate Attorney in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Worksite: 1743 East 71st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74136.

Salary: $85,000 per year.

Job duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters in Oklahoma state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, appeals, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis of statutes, regulations, case law, contracts, and complex legal issues.
• Provide legal advice and general legal services to business and individual clients, including contract drafting, review, negotiation, compliance assistance, and corporate governance.
• Assist with preparation for and attendance at hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Under attorney supervision, develop case strategy, maintain client communications, and handle case files in compliance with professional and ethical obligations.
• Perform other related legal duties as assigned in a general civil practice law firm, including matters involving oil and gas, employment, and commercial transactions.

Minimum requirements:

• J.D.;
• 12 months of experience as an Attorney, Project Manager, or in any occupation in which experience involving legal analysis, contract management, oil and gas operations, compliance, or project execution was gained; and active membership in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar Association.

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
