Qualifications

• Exceptional legal writing, analytical thinking, and interpersonal communication.
• High initiative, strong organizational habits, and passion for oral advocacy.

Responsibilities

You will work directly with seasoned partners, taking on meaningful responsibilities from day one rather than just handling document review behind a desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft Pleadings: Prepare complaints, answers, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct Discovery: Draft and respond to interrogatories, requests for production, and admissions.
• Courtroom Advocacy: Attend hearings, argue motions, and assist with trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
