Pacific Cascade Legal is a dynamic firm seeking an experienced family-law attorney in Washington. The role focuses on divorce, custody, modifications, and enforcement, with a collaborative team and a client-centered approach.

Licensed to practice in Washington, you will join a firm that values professionalism, loyalty, and growth. This full-time exempt position offers a substantial compensation package and opportunities for monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an attorney.
• Washington family law and/or litigation experience preferred; estate planning a plus.
• Admitted to the Washington State Bar.
• Case management experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Handle divorce, custody, modification, and enforcement cases.

• $120,000 - $180,000 total compensation per year

• The exact salary within the specified salary range will depend on experience and skill level with additional monthly bonus opportunities available
