The attorney will represent clients in the Probate and Family Court in guardianship, conservatorship, and estate matters pursuant to M.G.L. c. 190B, Article V. The attorney will also represent clients in the District Courts in civil commitment hearings and substituted judgment hearings pursuant to M.G.L. c. 128
Three plus years experience is required.
