Buchanan Williams & O'Brien, P.C. in St. Louis, MO seeks an Associate Attorney to manage a busy caseload in personal injury and workers’ compensation, including insurance defense, from start to finish.

You will represent clients in court appearances, hearings, trials, depositions, and settlement conferences with a focus on favorable outcomes. Requirements are a J.D. and Missouri state bar admission, 3+ years’ experience, and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage a workers’ compensation and personal injury caseload from start to finish
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, trials, depositions, and settlement conferences
• Conduct client consultations, legal research, and case strategy development
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
• Negotiate settlements and counsel clients on litigation strategies
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and team members to achieve strong client outcomes

Stipend & Compensation

Base salary: $100,000 – $120,000 per year (depending on experience)

Additional compensation: annual bonus (performance based)

• 3 weeks paid time off + 7 firm‑observed holidays
• Performance bonus based on production
• All CLEs and admission expenses paid by employer
