This national firm handles professional liability, insurance coverage, and a wide range of litigation matters; we pride ourselves on teamwork, mentorship, and true partnership with our clients.

You’ll manage your own caseload from day one, appearing in court, taking depositions, and advocating for clients while keeping them informed

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in New Jersey (other bars are a plus).
• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Writes clearly and persuasively.
• Wants to grow as an attorney—not just push paper.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload and take cases all the way to trial.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is hands‑on litigation from day one. You’ll manage your own caseload and take cases all the way to trial.

• Products liability
• Property damage and wrongful death claims

You’ll make in‑person court appearances, conduct depositions, and advocate for clients while keeping them informed every step of the way.

Who You Are

You’re someone who:

• Is admitted to practice in New Jersey (other bars are a plus!)
• Has 2+ years of litigation experience
• Writes clearly and persuasively
• Is curious, ambitious, and takes pride in your work product
• Wants to grow as an attorney—not just push paper
• Salary: $115,000–$160,000 (commensurate with experience)
