Wade Clark Mulcahy LLP in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is growing and seeks 1–2 litigation attorneys with 2+ years of experience to join our team. You’ll manage your own caseload and take cases to trial with in-person court appearances and depositions.

Texas bar admission is required; other bars are a plus. You should write clearly, be ambitious, and take pride in your work product while growing as an attorney.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Writes clearly and persuasively.
• Is curious, ambitious, and takes pride in your work product.
• Wants to grow as an attorney—not just push paper.
• Defense Litigation Experience (preferred).
• Other bars are a plus (preferred).
• Must be admitted to practice in Texas.

Responsibilities

Wade Clark Mulcahy LLP - Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex office is growing, and we’re looking for 1-2 litigation attorneys with 2+ years of experience to join our team. This is hands-on litigation from day one. You’ll manage your own caseload and take cases all the way to trial. You’ll make in-person court appearances, conduct depositions, and advocate for clients while keeping them informed every step of the way.

Responsibilities

Your work will likely include but is not limited to:

• Products liability
• Property damage and wrongful death claims
• Make in-person court appearances
• Advocate for clients while keeping them informed every step of the way

Qualifications

• Is admitted to practice in Texas (other bars are a plus!)

Pay range and compensation package

• Salary: $115,000-$170,000 (commensurate with experience)
