The firm handles a broad spectrum of legal matters, including family law (divorce, custody, child support), estate planning and administration, business formation, and contract and lease negotiation. The firm is looking for an attorney whose primary practice area would be family law (divorce, dissolution, child support, child custody) with an option to develop skills in other practice areas.

Role Description The Associate Attorney is a full-time, on-site role located in Symmes Township, OH. This position involves managing a caseload of primarily family law matters, but may involve estate matters, business formation, contract and lease negotiation, and criminal defense as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents, and providing clear, actionable legal advice to clients. The Associate Attorney will appear in court and at administrative proceedings, negotiate on behalf of clients, and collaborate with colleagues to develop effective case strategies. The role also includes maintaining accurate case files, communicating regularly with clients, and supporting the firm’s commitment to efficient, client-centered service.

Qualifications
