About the Opportunity

An established California law firm seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its San Ramon practice.

We are open to attorneys from a wide range of litigation backgrounds. While the firm's practice includes business and real estate disputes, prior experience in these areas is not required. The firm is willing to provide training and mentorship to an attorney with a solid litigation foundation who is interested in expanding into these practice areas.

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, with appropriate support and mentorship.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.

• Hands-on experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions.

• Ability to independently manage deadlines and competing priorities.
• Willingness to learn new practice areas and work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Base salary of $160,000–$250,000+, commensurate with experience.
