Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in family law, thrives under pressure, and is comfortable working with high-profile and high-net-worth clients. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced litigators on some of the most impactful cases in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and memoranda
• Collaborate with partners and support staff to ensure optimal client outcomes
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the State Bar of California and in good standing
• 1–3 years of family law litigation experience, preferably in a high-end or boutique firm
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex financial and custody matters
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
• Professional demeanor and discretion in sensitive situations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with forensic accountants, custody evaluations, and expert witnesses
• Trial experience or willingness to participate actively in litigation
