An Am Law 100 firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate (3–6 years) to join its growing Chambers-ranked litigation practice in San Francisco. Qualifications

• Active membership in the California Bar (or ability to become admitted promptly).
• Approximately 3–6 years of commercial litigation experience at an Am Law firm or sophisticated litigation boutique.
• Experience handling commercial litigation matters in state and/or federal court.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
