Pacific Coast Trial Law Firm in San Diego is looking for a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team. The firm emphasizes an inclusive culture and offers a hybrid work schedule alongside competitive benefits, including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Ideal candidates will have a JD, a CA State Bar license, and civil litigation experience. You will manage cases from discovery through to trial prep. This position provides opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative environment.

Competenze

• A JD and an active CA State Bar license in good standing.
• 1+ year of civil litigation experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a demanding caseload independently.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
• Manage cases through all stages of litigation including depositions, mediations and trial prep
• Advise clients regarding pending legal matters and case strategy
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Attend court hearings and assist with trial preparation
• Maintain compliance with legal standards, court procedures, and firm protocols

Requirements:

• A JD and an active CA State Bar license in good standing
• 1+ year of civil litigation experience preferred
• An ability to manage a demanding caseload independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
