• Conduct legal research and maintain accurate case documentation.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and a support team of 8–9.

Our staffing firm is partnering with a growing law firm in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area to identify a Junior Associate Attorney for its foreclosure and real estate practice. Responsibilities

• Review paralegal work product and foreclosure files in preparation for non-judicial foreclosure sales.
• Draft complaints, summonses, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Assist with discovery requests, responses, and other lower-level litigation matters.
• Support attorneys with mortgage, foreclosure, and real estate‑related legal work.
• Conduct legal research and maintain accurate case documentation.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and a support team of approximately 8–9 professionals.
• Work directly with firm leadership and contribute to a growing foreclosure practice.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in Minnesota or awaiting bar admission/results.
• 0–3 years of legal experience preferred.
• Strong written, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage assignments with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work primarily onsite in the St. Paul office.
• Real estate, mortgage, or foreclosure experience is helpful but not required.
