Job summary

LeoForce in Sacramento, California, seeks an Associate Attorney (Mid Level) to manage all aspects of civil litigation from inception through trial and appeal.

You will draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses, conduct and defend depositions, handle mediations and settlements, and develop litigation strategies for clients.

Requirements include a J.D. and CA bar admission (Nevada or Oregon a plus) with at least two years of civil litigation experience.

Qualifications

• J.D. and licensed to practice in California (Nevada or Oregon a plus)
• Minimum 2 years of experience handling civil litigation matters
• Recent experience with civil litigation practice areas listed above
