Position Overview

My client is seeking a motivated and dedicated Associate Attorney to join their expanding law firm. The ideal candidate will assist in a variety of legal matters with a focus on bankruptcy, litigation, and real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys in legal research and drafting legal documents
• Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings and litigation
• Draft and review contracts and real estate transaction documents
• Provide debtor and creditor representation in various legal matters
• Participate in mediation and settlement negotiations
• Manage case files and maintain client communications
• Support the firm in various legal tasks as required
• Attend court hearings and prepare necessary documentation
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active state bar license
• 1-3 years of experience in bankruptcy, litigation, or transactional law
• Strong understanding of real estate law and practices
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in mediation and debt resolution is a plus
