Distinct | North America, a national civil defense firm, seeks an Associate Attorney in Richmond, VA. The role is hybrid, with responsibilities spanning insurance defense from filing through settlement or trial.

You will handle general liability, personal injury, product liability and professional liability matters. The candidate should have 2–4 years of insurance defense experience, a JD, and a Virginia license (preferred).

I'm recruiting for a national civil defense firm that's growing its Richmond office. They want an associate with 2 to 4 years of insurance defense who's ready to start running files, from the day suit is filed through to settlement or trial. Clients range from Fortune 100 companies to small business owners and individual insureds, so no two files look the same.

What you'll be working on

• Insurance defense across general liability, personal injury, product liability and professional liability.
