Job summary

RecruitPod Global in Raleigh, NC seeks a Pre-Litigation Attorney to manage personal injury cases from intake to resolution, including auto accidents, medical malpractice, and premises liability. You will mentor case managers, negotiators, and paralegals while delivering strong client service and favorable case results.

You will lead high-volume caseloads through settlement, mediation, or arbitration, review liability and damages, develop cases, and coordinate with insurers and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active North Carolina Bar membership in good standing, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• 3–5 years of negotiation and settlement experience.
• 3+ years of pre-litigation experience; personal injury experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring legal staff.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work independently under deadlines.
• Proficiency with CMS and other legal technology.
