Job summary

Baker Sterchi Cowden & Rice LLC seeks an attorney with 3-5 years of experience in all phases of commercial litigation. The ideal candidate is admitted in Oregon, with Washington admission preferred, to handle filings, discovery, depositions, and trial support from start to finish.

• Court hearing preparation and attendance including oral arguments of motions.
• Trial preparation and attendance including trial team support and direct and cross examination of witnesses.

Candidates must be admitted to practice in Oregon. Admission in Washington is preferred.
