Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Washington and Oregon.
• 2–5 years of experience in all phases of commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex litigation cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation files independently and as part of a team.
• Conduct fact investigations and handle document productions/discovery.
• Prepare witnesses for depositions; take and defend depositions.
• Prepare pleadings, briefs, and motions.
• Review and analyze policies, contracts, and legal documents.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, including oral arguments.
• Prepare for and attend trials, including direct and cross-examination of witnesses.
