Summary

Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their plaintiff personal injury law firm and represent clients in catastrophic personal injury & medical malpractice matters.

Salary

$100k-$150k Base + Bonus (+ Commission opportunities)

Responsibilities

• Represent clients related to catastrophic personal injury & medical malpractice matters with a focus on providing high-quality legal services.
• Manage a caseload from inception through close.
• Handle cases of various litigation matters from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and arguments.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions, interrogatories, and other discovery proceedings.
• Collaborate and work with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and work up all aspects of the case as a team.
• Assist with the preparation of trial exhibits, witness interviews, and trial briefs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, including organizing and managing documents and evidence.
• Attend court hearings, conferences, and other legal proceedings as required.
• Stay current with changes in laws, regulations, and legal precedents that may impact ongoing cases.

Qualifications
