As an Associate, you partner with our trial lawyers and support them in all aspects of a case before it goes into litigation (pre-suit).
Every associate attorney has the opportunity to ramp up into a trial litigator role (the highest level at M&M), within a year.
This is a chance to learn the ins and outs of a plaintiff side practice at the largest PI firm in the nation, without the immediate pressure of a large personal caseload.
