Our client, a well-established Newport Beach law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate with a minimum of three years of substantive litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general litigation and exposure to areas such as business litigation, probate, labor and employment counseling, and real estate.

This is an in-office position located in Newport Beach, across from Fashion Island. While some remote flexibility may be considered for qualified candidates, this role is not available as a fully remote position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day litigation tasks, including case management, administrative oversight, and regular court appearances. Candidates with prior trial experience or a background in labor and employment counseling or probate matters will be viewed favorably, though such experience is not required.
