Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active California State Bar membership in good standing, or eligibility and intent to gain admission promptly.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience.
• Knowledge of Labor & Employment Law or willingness to develop expertise.
• Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice under supervision.
• Excellent legal research skills using case law, statutes, and administrative guidance.
• Effective negotiation skills and professional advocacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication and precise drafting.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and prioritize deadlines.
• High ethical standards and sound judgment; confidentiality.
• Mentorship-friendly environment; prior law firm or clerkship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

About the Position

Day-to-Day

What We're Looking For
