A growing personal injury law firm in New York seeks a motivated Associate Attorney to handle a caseload of 80-100 cases, primarily in litigation. The role involves litigating personal injury cases, guiding clients through legal processes, and requires a J.D. along with active NY Bar membership. This fully remote position provides an annual salary of $90,000 to $100,000 plus benefits including medical and vision insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be an active member of the NY Bar Association in good standing.
• Passion for plaintiff's personal injury trial work.

Responsibilities

• Litigate NY personal injury cases including motor vehicle and premise liability cases.
• Guide clients through Pre-suit/Litigation process from inception to trial.
• Work closely and communicate with clients, team, and adversaries.
• Strategically think to meet the firm’s objective to obtain maximum results for clients.

Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Associate Attorney (Remote) / Growing personal injury law firm

Fully remote – must be located in NY state. Will need to travel to courts/in person appointments when needed

Compensation: $90-100k base salary + 30% origination fees

A growing plaintiff’s personal injury law firm with cases throughout New York is seeking a motivated newly admitted associate attorney who is passionate about representing injury victims. This role will independently handle a caseload of 80-100 cases with a focus on auto and premises, mostly in litigation. The candidate will be expected to file at least 4 cases a month, conduct at least 8 depositions a month, settle at least one case a month and generate at least $300,000 in fees per year. The candidate must be located in New York state.

Responsibilities:

• Litigate NY personal injury cases including motor vehicle and premise liability cases.
• Guiding clients through Pre-suit/ Litigation process from inception to trial.
• Working closely and communicating with clients, team, and adversaries.
• Strategic thinking to meet the firm’s objective to obtain maximum results for our clients.
