• Defend and take depositions and attend various virtual and in-person court appearances
• Communicate and interact extensively with clients
• Assist with settlement and trial-related responsibilities
• Collaborate with other associates and partners on significant matters
• Work effectively in a hybrid team environment

We are looking for someone to join our team of advocates who secure justice for victims of nursing home neglect, medical malpractice, general neglect, and healthcare related personal injury. About you:

We are seeking an associate attorney candidate who has the following qualifications:

• Admitted to practice in New York;
• 1-3+ years of experience (at least a 2025 graduate, admitted to the bar as of February 2026 or earlier);
• Personal injury experience and client management skills are pluses; excellent writing, organization, and independent problem solving skills are musts

About the job:

In this role, you will handle:

• Handling all facets of a case from intake through settlement, including in Surrogate’s Court and Supreme Court
