MG+M The Law Firm (MG+M) is a nationally renowned litigation law firm specializing in complex civil matters. Our expertise spans toxic tort, complex product liability, local government, general liability, and commercial litigation. We work as a unified team, collaborating closely with our clients to achieve optimal results efficiently. We are currently seeking an Associate Attorney for our New York office to handle local and national accounts in New York and New Jersey.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage a litigation caseload independently
2. Conduct depositions
3. Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial
4. Review and analyze discovery requests
5. Prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings
6. Prepare court filings and serve counsel; experience with e-filing is preferred
7. Support trial preparation
8. Maintain accurate time records

Candidate Requirements:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• At least one year of litigation experience
• Admitted to practice law in New York; New Jersey admission is a plus
• Experience with motion practice and depositions
• Experience leading plaintiff and expert depositions
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong research and writing skills
• Ability to multitask and analyze complex matters
