Associate – Corporate & Securities (Pan Asia Practice) – New York

About the Firm:

We are representing a prestigious mid-sized regional law firm headquartered in New York, with a robust international practice. Known for its collaborative culture and high-caliber transactional work, this firm provides talented attorneys with significant career growth, hands-on client interaction, and a supportive environment to build expertise in capital markets and securities law.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid role based in the Manhattan office (three days per week on-site). The firm is seeking a midlevel Corporate Associate (2–5 years of experience) to join its Pan Asia practice. The team advises clients on a range of transactional matters including capital markets offerings, SEC/FINRA compliance, and other strategic legal and business considerations.

What You’ll Do:

• Negotiate and draft a variety of transactional agreements
• Research and analyze complex legal and financial issues
• Manage and coordinate capital markets transactions and related filings
• Advise clients on compliance matters under SEC, FINRA, and applicable stock exchange requirements
• Support Partners in deal structuring, strategic decision-making, and business development efforts
• Handle ad hoc projects and assignments as required

What We’re Looking For:

• JD from an accredited law school and active admission to practice law in New York
• 2–5 years of capital markets and transactional experience (prior SPAC experience a plus)
• Strong drafting, analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and client matters in a fast-paced environment
