Wegman Partners, a boutique general practice litigation firm with Nassau County office, seeks a civil litigation associate with 2–5 years of experience to handle breach of contract, landlord-tenant, real estate, and other commercial and civil litigations. Strong case management, court appearances, and strong drafting skills are required.

The attorney will also manage transactional work including business law and real estate.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years civil litigation experience.

Our client, a boutique, general practice, litigation law firms with an office in Nassau County seeks a 2 to 5 year civil litigation associate attorney to join their practice. Will handle breach of contract, landlord tenant, real estate and other commercial and civil litigations. Should have strong case management, court appearance experience, legal drafting experience.

Attorney will also handle transactional matters as well including business law and Real Estate.

Court appearances are mostly on LI, in Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn.

Firm would like 5 days in office but will be negotiable.
