Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents, including motions and pleadings.

• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.

We are a busy Central New Jersey Defense Firm specializing in Workers’ Compensation Law. We service every vicinage within the State of New Jersey. We have a diverse client base including carriers, governmental entities and sports teams. We have an opening for an Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate for this position is professional and motivated to learn, with excellent organizational skills. Candidate will work under the supervision of experienced counsel, assisting with legal research and specific projects. Remote Hearings are available in specific vicinages at direction of the Court. Partners focus and emphasize professional development and cultivate an environment to help Associate Attorneys grow both personally and professionally. Associate Attorney Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting legal documents, including motions and pleadings
• Assist with the discovery process by administering depositions, issuing interrogatories, and reviewing documents

• Perform legal research
• Make court appearances as necessary
• Must have strong interpersonal skills since there is significant client contact
