Stahl & DeLaurentis seeks to hire an Associate Attorney to join its medical malpractice team. This full-time position requires at least two years of litigation experience and a license to practice in New Jersey.

The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, or healthcare matters, with strong organization and communication skills. PA bar is preferred, and the firm values initiative and independent as well as collaborative work.

Job Requirements

• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two (2) years of litigation experience. Experience with personal injury, medical malpractice, general liability, or healthcare is a plus.
• Strong organization skills, time management, attention to detail, excellent communication skills (written and oral), ability to manage deadlines and multi-task are prerequisites.
• Candidates must be willing to take initiative and think outside the box. The individual should be able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Innovative thinking and creativity are strongly encouraged.
• Must be licensed to practice in NJ. Admission to the NJ and PA bar is preferred.
• This position provides an opportunity to be part of a team, defending complex medical malpractice claims.
