Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. (QPWB) seeks an Associate Attorney to join our Memphis office. This full-time, in-office position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

We require approximately 3 years of litigation experience and a J.D. from an accredited law school. Active Tennessee Bar membership or prompt admission is expected. Defense litigation preferred, yet other litigation backgrounds are welcome as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload through all phases of litigation.

• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and team members.
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Ensure compliance with court deadlines and client reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to provide exceptional client service.

About the Role

We are seeking anAssociate Attorneywith approximately3 years of litigation experienceto join our growing Memphis office. While experience in defense litigation is preferred, we are open to attorneys from a variety of practice areas who demonstrate strong litigation skills, excellent legal writing abilities, and a desire to grow their practice within a collaborative team environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to expand their experience, take on meaningful responsibility, and work alongside experienced litigators representing a diverse client base.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
